Ran out outside today.  It was about 25 degrees and a bit windy but I wanted to try and go outside if I could.  I ran 4 miles with a friend in 33:06.  We obviously did not push it very hard but I was winded at times and am a little sore today.

Ran outside today.  It was 22 with snow and wind.  Did only three miles in 25:05.  The bottom of me legs were extremely tight (right under my calves to about the top of the ankle).  Still I got the three miles in and walked .5 for a cool down.

Ran on the treadmill today.  Started at 7.0 mph and an incline of 4% for the first 2 miles.  Then I dropped the incline to 3% and stayed at 7.0 mph for the next mile.  Then dropped the inlcine to 1 % for the next mile at the same speed and finally went to 0% incline for the last two miles that started at 7.5 mph and wen to 8.5mph.  A total of 6 miles in 49:50 then walked slowly for the last .6 miles.

Ran outside. 3.0 miles in 25:06.

Ran outside again today.  Actually was warm (38 degrees).  Ran 3 miles in just over 25 miutes and walked for about 20-30 seconds and then decided to run another mile.  Last mile was done in about 8:05.

Ran outside today but we were getting some snow whcih made it difficult.  The path is very hilly and there was about 2 inches of fresh snow on the roads with more flying as I was running...finished the three miles in about 30 minutes.
